We are committed to providing high-quality API services. We aim to ensure our users are satisfied with their experience. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we offer the following refund policy to address such situations.

Eligibility for Refunds

Technical Issues

Refunds may be granted if significant technical issues prevent you from using the API as intended, provided that:

  • You report the issue to our support team within 7 days of encountering the problem.
  • Our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged without authorization or were double-billed, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will issue a full refund if the claim is valid.

Dissatisfaction with Service

Refunds for dissatisfaction may be granted on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase.
  • The API usage does not exceed 20% of your included monthly requests quota (for subscription plans).

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase if your usage does not exceed 20% of your included monthly requests quota.
  • Pay-As-You-Go Usage. Refunds are not available for charges related to:
    • Additional requests processed beyond your subscription plan.
    • Computation Units (CUs) consumed.
    • Once these resources are processed and delivered, they cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

Initiating a Request

To request a refund, email us at support email with the following details:

  • Your account information (email, username, etc.)
  • Transaction details (date, amount, payment method).
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Processing Time

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellations can be managed through:

  • your account dashboard or
  • using the link provided in the email you received after your purchase or
  • by contacting our support team.
